The products have modest penetration in retail outlets; they are now mostly sold to State Health Offices, and certain pharmacies and dental clinics in Klang Valley.

3. How will the products be delivered?

Consumers
The products shall be delivered with GDEX, a local express delivery company to your premise, a consignment no. shall be sent via email to the recipient upon payment confirmation to track the order

Dental Professionals/Retail Outlets
Upon the discretion of teethbuddy.com, orders shall be sent either with GEDEX or any other local reputable courier company, depending on the amount of stock ordered.

4. How much are the delivery charges?

Consumers
A flat rate of RM8 shall be charged for deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia and RM12 shall be charged for deliveries to East Malaysia.
